ESGreen Lookup centers: lawsuits, certificates, news and self-assessments across the portfolio
Suppliers, clients, business partners and members.
An alert tells you what changed at a company. The centers show the entire portfolio, topic by topic: where the risk is, what lies ahead and which document supports each decision.

Context
An alert resolves a case. The portfolio calls for an overall view.
- Alerts resolve cases. They tell you what changed at a company, but not where risk is concentrated in the portfolio.
- Spreadsheets do not anticipate. Certificates close to expiring, suppliers that have not responded and sensitive lawsuits are scattered across parallel controls.
- Decisions require proof. Audit, committees and regulators ask what was known and when. Without a record, all that is left is a declaration.
The lookup centers give your team the entire portfolio, topic by topic, with the evidence on file.

How to read each center
Each center answers three questions
-
What you see
The entire portfolio on one topic, with the cases that need attention up front and a path to each company's 360° View.
-
What it flags early
What has not yet become a problem: the certificate close to expiring, the sensitive lawsuit, the media event, the program that is not moving forward.
-
The evidence
The document, the date and the history behind each decision, kept for the audit and for the next cycle.
Evidence, not declarations.
Lawsuit Center
Portfolio lawsuits, with critical cases up front
The whole portfolio in one dashboard, with lawsuits prioritized by critical human rights and labor topics.
- What you see
- How many companies in the portfolio have lawsuits, where they are concentrated and which companies hold the critical cases. From any row, you open the company's 360° View.
- What it flags early
- Lawsuits linked to topics such as slave-like labor, child labor, degrading conditions and discrimination appear first. A new critical case arrives as an alert in Monitoring.
- The evidence
- Each company's litigation history is organized and searchable, ready to support the decision to keep, review or end a relationship.
- Fornecedor A Construction 4 critical lawsuits
- Fornecedor B Apparel manufacturing 3 critical lawsuits
- Fornecedor C Agriculture and livestock 2 critical lawsuits
- Fornecedor D Transportation 1 critical lawsuit
Certificate Center
Portfolio certificates up to date, with the document on file
Tax, labor, environmental and integrity standing of companies and individuals, tracked without manual effort.
- What you see
- Which certificates are clear, irregular, expiring soon or expired, across the entire portfolio. Federal, state, municipal, labor, FGTS, environmental, and integrity and correctional certificates, for companies and individuals.
- What it flags early
- Certificates nearing expiry show up before they become a pending issue. A new irregularity arrives as an alert, and the contracting party receives an email summary of certificates with irregularities.
- The evidence
- Each certificate keeps its issuance history, with the document for each version available for download. Standing on a past date is proven with the document itself.

News Center
News that matters, grouped by event and reviewed by people
Relevant news about each company in the portfolio, grouped by event, classified by risk and reviewed by the ESGreen team before reaching you.
- What you see
- Each company's events, with the risk level, the rationale and the news that supports it. Risks are classified as financial, operational, reputational, cyber, or legal and regulatory.
- What it flags early
- High or critical risk events stay up front. You can expand tracking with each company's own terms, such as brands and projects. The contracting party receives an email summary of portfolio news and the market ESG news bulletin.
- The evidence
- Each event keeps the rationale and the link to every related news item, with outlet and date. No event reaches you, or becomes an alert, without review by the ESGreen team: less noise, more confidence.
Rationale: news reports point to a labor citation at the supplier's construction site.

Self-Assessment Center
The supplier or member assessment program, end to end
ESG questionnaires by sector and size, answers backed by documents and each company's maturity score compared with that of similar companies.
- What you see
- Who has responded, who is responding and who has not started, the program's average ESG score, the weakest pillar and each company's score per pillar. Before sending, you check which questions apply to each sector and size, with answering guidance.
- What it flags early
- The response rate shows early where the program is stalling. Sector benchmarking shows which companies fall below companies of the same size and sector.
- The evidence
- The evidence index shows how much of the answers is backed by documents, company by company. Evidence review is AI-supported and checked by an ESGreen analyst: AI suggests and organizes, the team decides.

Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the most common questions.

What is the difference between the centers and the alerts?
An alert tells you what changed at a company. A center shows the entire portfolio on one topic: where risk is concentrated, what is about to expire and which document supports each decision. The centers feed Monitoring alerts, and follow-up takes place in the Alert Center.
Do the centers cover individuals?
Yes. Certificates and lawsuits of individuals are also tracked, for integrity, KYC and AML checks. The legal bases for processing personal data are described on the Trust page.
Can I export?
Yes. The certificate and self-assessment centers export the portfolio as a spreadsheet, and each certificate is available for download, including previous issuances.
How is a lawsuit's criticality defined?
ESGreen flags as critical the lawsuits linked to sensitive human rights and labor topics, such as slave-like labor, child labor, degrading conditions, human trafficking and discrimination. That way, the team starts with what requires action.
Does news go through human review?
Yes. News arrives grouped by event and classified by risk, with AI support, and each event is reviewed by the ESGreen team before it reaches the client and before it becomes an alert. AI suggests and organizes; the team decides.
Do I need to contract the centers separately?
No. The centers are part of ESGreen Monitoring. The scope of each contract, such as the base tracked and the topics included, is defined with ESGreen when contracting.
