Integrity

Whistleblower channel

Report conduct contrary to ethics, the law or ESGreen's policies. You may report without identifying yourself.

Reports are sent by email directly to the team responsible for compliance, which is separate from the sales team, and are not stored on the website.

How it works

  1. You describe what happened.

No sign-up and no login. Identification is optional.

  2. You receive a case number.

Keep this number: it identifies your report if you want to add to it.

  3. The compliance team reviews it.

The report is read only by those conducting the investigation. People named in the report do not take part in the review.

  4. The investigation is concluded and recorded.

If you identified yourself or left an email address for follow-up, we will let you know when the case is closed.

What you can report

  • Corruption, bribery or fraud
  • Conflict of interest
  • Workplace bullying or sexual harassment
  • Discrimination of any kind
  • Misuse of personal data or confidential client information
  • Environmental damage or violations of human and labor rights
  • Breach of laws, regulations or internal policies
  • Retaliation against someone who made a report

Who may report: employees, former employees, clients, suppliers, business partners and anyone else.

Our commitments to people who report

Anonymity.
You choose whether or not to identify yourself. Anonymous reports are reviewed with the same care.
Confidentiality.
Access to the content of the report and to the identity of anyone who identifies themselves is restricted to the people responsible for the investigation.
Non-retaliation.
ESGreen does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith or who cooperates with the investigation. Retaliation can also be reported through this channel.
Impartiality.
People named in the report do not take part in the review and have no access to it.

Report what you know or witnessed, even if you do not have all the evidence. Reports containing information that the person reporting knows to be false may lead to appropriate measures, in accordance with internal policies and the law.

Make a report

The report is sent by email to the compliance team and is not stored on the website. The data in the report is processed to investigate the reported conduct, with restricted access, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Add to a report

The case number is the reference for your report. To add information, submit a new report and enter the previous case number in the “Does this report add to a previous one?” field.

The report is sent by email directly to the compliance team's mailbox and is not stored on the website. For this reason, you cannot check its status on this page. If you identified yourself or left an email address for follow-up, we will let you know when the case is closed.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the most common questions.

Still have questions? Talk to an expert

Do I need to identify myself to make a report?

No. Your report may be anonymous. If you want to receive a response without revealing who you are, provide an email address that does not identify you.

Who reads my report?

Only the compliance team members responsible for the investigation. People named in the report have no access to it and do not take part in the review.

How do I add to my report?

Keep the case number shown after you submit: it is the reference for your report. To add information, submit a new report and enter that case number in the “Does this report add to a previous one?” field. Because the website does not store reports, you cannot check their status here. If you identified yourself or left an email address for follow-up, we will let you know when the case is closed.

Can I report conduct by an ESGreen client, supplier or business partner?

Yes, when the conduct involves their relationship with ESGreen or our policies.

What if what I report is not confirmed?

A report made in good faith has no consequences for the person reporting, even if the investigation does not confirm the facts. ESGreen does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.

Does the website store my report or my IP address, or use cookies on this page?

The report is sent by email directly to the compliance team's mailbox and is not stored on the website, and the IP address of the person reporting is not recorded. No analytics or marketing tools are loaded on this page. The page uses only what it needs to work: Cloudflare's anti-bot check, which processes technical connection data, such as the IP address, only to confirm that the submission was made by a person, and the accessibility feature, which stores your preferences in your browser. The details are in the Cookie Policy.
