Context

The regulatory environment has evolved. Monitoring needs to evolve with it.

CMN and Central Bank resolutions, SUSEP rules and IFRS S2 call for a view of risk that goes beyond your own balance sheet and reaches the entire chain of counterparties.

  • Reactive analysis. Relevant changes reach the assessment of suppliers, clients and partners late, weighing on Risk, Compliance and Credit.
  • More effort from the team. Scattered information requires manual work to consolidate data and prioritize findings, overloading Onboarding, Qualification and Procurement.
  • Gaps in identification. Legal, tax, socio-environmental and reputational risks can stay off the radar, exposing the institution to regulatory risk.
Illustrative diagram: between two one-off lookups there is a gap with no visibility; continuous monitoring records the alerts in that gap. One-off lookup Blind spot: events no one saw Continuous monitoring Sanction Lawsuit Embargo time
Illustrative diagram. Between two one-off lookups, the alerts for that period only show up in continuous monitoring.

Between one lookup and the next, blind spots appear.

From data to decision

Monitor. Report. Verify. Decide.

The difference between saying you do it and being able to prove you do it.

  1. Monitoring

Every CNPJ, CPF, land parcel and operation, tracked continuously.

  2. Reporting

Standardized information for committee, audit and regulator.

  3. Verification

Every data point with source, date, version and evidence.

  4. Decision

Evidence becomes action, and the action is recorded.

    • Suggested action per operation
    • Final sign-off recorded, with author and date
    • Input for credit policy and committee

Decision feeds the next monitoring cycle

ESGreen provides data, evidence and an audit trail. Independent assurance and verification by accredited verifiers remain with auditors and verifiers.

Platform

Three layers of infrastructure. A safer decision.

From raw data to decision. Each layer feeds the next, and every result can be traced back to its source.

  1. Layer 1: Data

Public, regulatory and global sources, integrated and updated daily.

    • 70+ integrated sources
    • Model by CNPJ, CPF, land parcel and contract
    • Lineage with source, date and version
    • Data & API
  2. Layer 2: Intelligence

Models that turn data into measurable, comparable risk.

    • ESGreen Score, from 0 to 1,000 (the higher, the lower the risk)
    • IRC-ESGreen, from 0 to 100 (the higher, the greater the risk)
  3. Layer 3: Applications

Risk built into credit, procurement, compliance and reporting routines.

  4. Decision

Evidence becomes action, and the action is recorded.

The third-party cycle

From onboarding to the decision on every supplier, client and partner.

Before the contract, during the relationship and when something happens: every stage leaves evidence, and the decision is recorded.

  1. Before the contract

Can I engage them? With what precautions?

On record ESGreen Score, risk level, each area's sign-off and the qualification report.

  2. During the relationship

    What changed?

On record Alerts by type and by counterparty, certificates with history, lawsuits and news prioritized by risk.

  3. When something happens

Who handles it, by when, and what did the supplier reply?

On record Area, owner, follow-up deadline, conversation with the supplier and supporting documents.

  4. Decision

    Keep, monitor or exit?

On record Final sign-off with decision, author and date.

Qualification tells you whether the supplier gets in. Monitoring tells you what changed. The Alert Center shows what your team did about it.

IRC-ESGreen, Climate Risk Index

The event happens in the field. The impact shows up on the balance sheet.

The IRC-ESGreen measures physical climate risk by land parcel, contract and portfolio, converts exposure into reais and recommends an action for each operation.

Regulation

The challenge isn't knowing the rule.

It's turning regulatory requirements into opportunities and portfolio management, with evidence and an audit trail.

  1. Under development

Foreseen in an official document, with no date set in a rule yet.

    • TSB: MRV Portal and first wave (S1 and S2 banks, asset managers, funds and listed companies) TSB

Documented recognition, technology present in real decisions

In the Responsible Solutions chapter of the Sicredi 2025 Sustainability Report, prepared under the GRI standard, ESGreen is cited as the platform used to monitor and assess the ESG performance of Sicredi's suppliers.

“Today we have a customizable, agile platform that centralizes all the analysis of our supply chain, records every interaction with suppliers and generates a comparable ESG Score in minutes.”
