Context

The landscape has changed. ESG is now at the center of the strategic agenda.

Decision-makers need to show command of the subject, not just intent.

  • Stricter requirements

More detailed sustainability regulation and taxonomies, such as the Central Bank's new GRSAC, IFRS S1 and S2 reporting and the Brazilian Sustainable Taxonomy.

    See the regulatory map
  • Stakeholder pressure

Investors, regulators, clients and members expect decision-makers to be prepared.

  • Knowledge in practice

In credit cooperatives, committees and boards need to show command of the subject.

The challenge: move beyond one-off actions and build ongoing training.

Problem

Poorly structured ESG knowledge has a silent, cumulative cost

  • Unfounded decisions. There is not enough technical knowledge to guide the choices.
  • Regulatory delays. Keeping up with and applying new requirements becomes difficult.
  • Reputational exposure. Commitments made become fragile in practice.
  • External dependence. Knowledge does not stay in the organization once the consulting ends.

The organization talks about ESG but does not yet bring that lens into its decision-making routine.

Tracks

A living portfolio, with an answer for every stage of need

From immediate need to ongoing mastery, the three tracks cover any stage of an organization's ESG maturity and can be combined.

“Much of the work we had been developing internally, but we felt the need to bring an outside perspective into the discussion. ESG Lab came in as a tailored solution that gave us an external view, challenge and direction.”

Vitor Bonilha, Strategy and Sustainability Manager, Sicredi Dexis

“A truly enriching experience for the work we are doing at the cooperative: defining our material topics. The knowledge Ana Paula brought and the process Henrique led with our managers were very important for this work.”

What is the difference between ESG Lab, ESG 360 and On Demand?

ESG Lab is a one-off immersive workshop, in person or remote, for committees and leadership to align quickly on a critical topic. ESG 360 is a long-form modular program, with assessment and a certificate of completion, for employees and members to build consistent mastery. On Demand covers what the standard formats do not, with booklets, guides and tailored content. The tracks can be combined.

Who is ESGreen Education for?

For boards, committees, leadership, employees and members of organizations that need to integrate ESG into their decisions. The most recent cases come from credit cooperatives, such as Sicredi Dexis, and every program is designed for the organization's reality.

Are the programs in person or online?

It depends on the track and the need: in person, remote, hybrid or asynchronous. At Sicredi Dexis, the program combined two in-person sessions and two virtual ones, one synchronous and one asynchronous.

How long does a program last?

Timelines are set according to the track and the scope. ESG Lab is a one-off; ESG 360 is a long-form program, in modules. At Sicredi Dexis, the program brought together four learning sessions over about 90 days.

What does the ESG 360 certificate attest?

That the person completed the program's learning path and assessments. It is a course certificate of completion: it does not assess the organization or attest compliance with standards.

Do I need to use the ESGreen Platform to contract ESGreen Education?

No. The education programs can be contracted without the platform. They cover the topics ESGreen follows day to day, such as social, environmental and climate risk regulation and the Brazilian Sustainable Taxonomy.

How does a program start?

With a 30-minute conversation. We run a quick diagnosis of where your organization stands and which track makes the most sense; then we send a tailored proposal with scope, format and investment. Kick-off takes place the week after approval, on a date set with you.
