ESGreen Alert Center: from alert to documented decision

The management layer on top of ESGreen Monitoring alerts.

Each monitoring alert arrives triaged and goes to the right area, with an owner and a deadline. The supplier replies in the same place, and the case ends with a sign-off.

Problem

An alert without an owner is a risk left untreated

Monitoring finds the fact. The work starts after it.

  • Everything in a single inbox. Alerts arrive mixed together and in volume, with nothing separating the urgent from the routine.
  • No one knows who handles it. Without an owner and a deadline, the alert waits, and the risk stays open.
  • The supplier replies by email. Requests, replies and proof get lost across inboxes and loose attachments.
  • The decision is not recorded. When the audit comes, all that is left is the memory of whoever decided.

Scattered evidence: documents, alerts and decisions in different emails, out of the auditor's reach. The Alert Center brings it all together in a single case.

How it works

From alert to decision, in a single workflow

  1. The alert arrives organized

News, lawsuits, certificates, registration status, restricted lists and changes in ownership structure enter the Center already triaged with AI support.

Who acts Center, with AI support

  2. It goes to the right area

Each alert goes to the responsible area's queue, with an owner and a follow-up deadline based on criticality. No alert is left without a destination.

    Who acts Responsible area

  3. The area analyzes

The team digs into the case with AI support, from the area's perspective, and records comments that the other areas can also see.

    Who acts Area analysts

  4. The supplier replies in the same place

The notification goes out with your company's branding. Through the individual, secure link, the supplier sees the request and the deadline, replies and attaches proof.

    Who acts Supplier

  5. The sign-off closes the case

Your team records the final decision, with text, author and date. Everything stays in the trail, from alert to sign-off.

Governance

AI triages, your team decides

The Center adapts to your structure, without code and without depending on IT.

  • Your team's criteria

Your team writes and adjusts, without code, the guidelines that steer each area's triage and analysis.

  • Areas and teams your way

Areas such as Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance and Supplier Qualification, plus the ones you create. Each area lead manages their own team.

  • Everyone sees what is theirs

Each person sees only the alerts of their areas. The supplier sees only their own conversation, never internal data.

  • Decisions are always human

AI suggests and organizes. The final sign-off always comes from someone on your team, with name and date.

For the teams that handle third-party risk

  • Compliance, AML and integrity

Restricted list and sanctions alerts call for a quick response and a record.

Its own queue, a deadline based on criticality and a sign-off with a trail.

  • Legal

Lawsuits and certificates arrive without context and without history.

Initial AI-supported reading of the case and conversation with the supplier in the same place.

  • Risk

It is hard to know what is open and where deadlines are tight.

A view of what is open, critical or with a deadline at risk, by area.

  • Finance

The supplier's tax issues call for a reminder and proof.

Automated reminders and proof attached to the case.

  • Procurement and supplier qualification

A supplier approved today may have a problem tomorrow.

Result of the latest qualification next to each alert and recorded decision.

  • Internal audit

Needs proof of what was done, by whom and when.

History with the author of each step and spreadsheet export.

In the Responsible Solutions chapter of the Sicredi 2025 Sustainability Report, prepared under the GRI standard, ESGreen is cited as the platform used to monitor and assess the ESG performance of Sicredi's suppliers.

“Today we have a customizable, agile platform that centralizes all the analysis of our supply chain, records every interaction with suppliers and generates a comparable ESG Score in minutes.”

Each alert with source, date and author

The alerts that reach the Center come from ESGreen Monitoring and the Lookup centers, each with its source and collection date. The data rules, security and handling of personal data are described in the Methodology and on the Trust page.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the most common questions.

Still have questions? Talk to an expert

Does AI decide what happens to the alert?

No. AI triages and organizes: it suggests the area and an initial reading of the case. The person who analyzes it, talks to the supplier and issues the final sign-off is always someone on your team, with name and date in the trail.

Does the supplier need a login to reply?

No. They receive an email with your company's branding and an individual, secure, time-limited link. Through it, they see what was requested and the deadline, reply as many times as needed and attach proof.

Does it work with the monitoring I already have?

Yes. The Alert Center is the management layer on top of ESGreen Monitoring alerts: the alerts from your monitored portfolio flow into the Center automatically.

Can I create my own areas, deadlines and rules?

Yes. Your company creates the areas, sets the follow-up deadline for each criticality level, writes the triage and analysis guidelines and configures the automated reminders, all without code.

How do I prove to the auditors what was done?

Each case keeps the full history, with the author of each step: who the reminder went to, when the link was first opened, what the supplier replied and what the sign-off was. A notification only shows as sent once it has actually gone out. The trail can be exported to a spreadsheet.

Who sees what?

Each person sees only the alerts of the areas they belong to, and each area lead manages their own team. The supplier sees only their own conversation: the request, the deadline, the messages and the attachments, never internal data.

What is the difference between the Alert Center and Monitoring?

Monitoring finds the fact: it tracks suppliers, customers and business partners and generates the alerts. The Center organizes what comes next: who handles it, by when, what the supplier replied and what the decision was.
