Sapiens Parque and ESGreen partner to strengthen governance, integrity and sustainable development

Sapiens Parque has partnered with ESGreen to assess the ESG maturity of companies in its ecosystem and strengthen governance, integrity and sustainable development in Santa Catarina's innovation environment. The initiative makes it possible to map the ecosystem's ESG maturity to guide development, recognition and incentive programs, standardizing criteria for sound decisions. The initiative reflects a commitment by the Government of the State of Santa Catarina, led by Governor Jorginho Mello, to innovation models that combine technology, positive socio-environmental impact and competitiveness for the new economy.

According to Eduardo Cesar Cordeiro Vieira, president of Sapiens Parque, the move reinforces the park's mission: “With data intelligence, we will understand the ESG stage of our companies and direct actions, from training to incentives, that generate measurable impact for Santa Catarina.”

The technical foundation of the work will be the ESGreen SaaS platform, which combines integrated data, an ESG and climate Score, continuous monitoring, and AI-powered materiality assessment with document validation, aligned with the UN SDGs. The result is an objective, comparable picture of each company's ESG stage, with metrics to track progress over the long term.

Initial Survey in Santa Catarina #Link para esta seção

ESGreen recently completed a benchmark study covering more than 200 companies in the state of Santa Catarina. The survey reveals a positive picture of ESG practices and highlights strong potential for progress through structured policies and programs.

The average ESG Score of the companies assessed reached 834.93 points, while the Climate Score stood at 616.26 points, on a scale ranging from 0 (highest risk) to 1,000 (lowest risk). The results reinforce the growing commitment of Santa Catarina's productive sector to sustainability.

Methodological note: exploratory analysis with anonymized data; the results should not be extrapolated to all companies in the state.
